Gilligan Consulting does not offer a decryption program for sale or use by individuals or organizations.
We do offer decryption services for the Progress 4GL/xcode utility as well as for Foxpro and Dbase utilities of similar design.
Our developer relationships are based on trust, while accidents occur , ensuring that the "family jewels" are not being spirited away is paramount , so we require a high-level management (President/CTO/CIO) contact within any software house requesting software decryption.
For End-Users - Our policy regarding source code is that your organization provides us with a copy of your original source code agreement with your software vendor. We feel it is best to try to work with the software vendor in question. If this is not possible, our legal eagles will have a look and if allowed we can proceed from there.
As with developers we also require a letter with board/presidential level approval of your request for decryption.
